Grenoble's scientific Presqu'île welcomes a new establishment: Ysotop Hotel, a 4-star hotel from Groupe Best Mont-Blanc, will open its doors on August 31, 2026, within the People Connect building, 8 Place Nelson Mandela.

Located in the heart of one of Europe's largest innovation and research hubs, the establishment was designed for business travelers seeking a comfortable, vibrant, and connected environment.

With Ysotop, Groupe Best Mont-Blanc continues its expansion by creating a venue rooted in the energy of the scientific Presqu'île, blending hospitality, design, and a spirit of connection.

A new rhythm for business stays

Designed to adapt to new professional needs, Ysotop Hotel offers 103 accommodations across four categories.

Work, relax, breathe

48 Classic rooms (18 m²) and 19 Superior rooms (20 m²), the latter located on upper floors on the Vercors side with unobstructed views of the mountains. Desk, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, excellent soundproofing: everything is combined to offer comfort, concentration, and tranquility. For longer stays, 28 studios and 6 large studios offer the independence of a fully equipped apartment : fitted kitchen, separate living area with all hotel services at your disposal.

An establishment designed to last

For extended stays, 28 Studios (from 19 m²) and 8 Large Studios (starting from 30 sqm) offer an independent and welcoming living environment. Fully equipped kitchenette with oven, hob, and microwave, functional spaces with high ceilings. The Grand Studios also feature a sofa bed, a dressing room, and a dining area.

Researchers on assignment, consultants, or mobile employees can thus settle in for several weeks in a place designed to combine professional life with quality of living. A dedicated laundry area, Le Laboratoire, is available to residents. Accessible for guests with reduced mobility.

More than a hotel, a true living space

Located within People Connect, an HQE-certified mixed-use building on the Presqu'île, Ysotop Hôtel operates within an ecosystem where everything coexists: offices, coworking spaces, fitness facilities, shared parking, and the Italian restaurant Montigami, which blends Italian cuisine, self-service beer taps, and an after-work atmosphere.

A seamless and connected experience

The atrium transforms throughout the day. A workspace in the morning, it becomes a convivial gathering spot in the evening with darts, mini pétanque, and foosball. On the garden level, the outdoor terrace extends the experience with pétanque and ground-level relaxation areas.
