What is the concrete difference between a Classic room and a Superior room?
The Classic Room (18 m²) is an efficient and well-designed 4-star hotel room in Grenoble: optimized space, complete amenities, and careful soundproofing. It's the natural choice for a night or two, when the essentials are more than enough.
The Superior Room (20 m²) adds two square meters, a higher floor, and an unobstructed view of the Vercors mountains. It's not a superfluous luxury; it's a different way to experience your stay. More space to spread out, more light, and a higher vantage point. A real asset for multi-night stays or for those who appreciate having room to unwind after a long day.
What time can I check in?
Check-in is available from 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. If you arrive early, don't worry: If your room is ready before 3 PM, our team may be able to offer it to you earlier (not guaranteed). In the meantime, Ysotop's common areas are available to welcome you: the atrium, terrace, or perhaps lunch at the Italian restaurant Montigami.
For a late check-out, please contact us directly: we review each request based on the day's availability.
Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is included in all rooms, at no extra charge. It's a service expected in any 4-star hotel in Grenoble, and you'll find it at Ysotop without even having to ask.
Are the rooms accessible for guests with disabilities?
Some Superior rooms are specifically adapted for guests with reduced mobility. Please mention this when booking, and we will ensure, subject to availability, that everything is ready for your arrival.
Can I request a room with a mountain view?
Our Superior mountain-facing rooms offer views of the Vercors. Please mention your preference when booking, and we will do our best to accommodate it, subject to availability. This is one of the rare advantages of this hotel in Grenoble: alpine views from the scientific peninsula.
